I am an IT System Administrator with 5+ years experience managing backend and IT operational. Lately I have been dipping my feet in cloud engineering, data science, and machine learning.

By nature I am curious and learn fast, eager to expand knowledge and new competences. With multidisciplinary perspective in engineering and management, I am confident to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively, either as team member or leader. Responsible for IT system planning, construction, and operation. Mainly serve as coordinator of global IT team in group company.

Job Description:

  • Plan, deploy, operate, maintain in-house IT systems.
  • Design and administer company cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Main administrator for mail system and Microsoft 365.
  • Coordinate with IT staffs from the other overseas facilities (America, Europe, Asia) to ensure IT operational is secure and compliant.

Achievement:

  • Enterprise cloud adoption. Designed and built hybrid cloud environment in Azure and AWS, then migrated some on-premises servers to the cloud.
  • Enterprise email system integration. Integrated multiple on-premises email servers in foreign facilities into a single email server (2000-3000 users).
  • Compliance. Unified software licenses and IT asset management methods among group companies (10-20 foreign facilities).
  • Automation. Developed scripts that reduce PC kitting time by 50%.
  • Team leading. Led a team of 3 people to deploy and operate IT FAQ Website developed in-house. Reduced helpdesk man-hours by 150 minutes/day.

Responsible in software development for brain ECVT (electro capacitive volume tomography).

Job Description:

  • Program image processing module (software) for ECVT.
  • Develop capacitive sensor (hardware) to detect tumors and cancers in the brain.

Achievement:

  • ECVT research paper was presented in the Middle East Conference on Biomedical Engineering (MECBME).
